Conference Facilities

Conference room comes equipped with standard setup including tablecloths and water,TV/VCR, flip chart easel, white board and markers, podium and has both 110/220 outlets.

LCD projector is not available, however, you are welcome to carry your own. If one has to be rented, charges would be passed on to you.

Refreshment Breaks

Liquid Break: US$2.00 per person ( tea, coffee, juice )
Full Break: US$5.00 per person (1 sweet & 1 savory snack, tea, coffee, juice)
Lunch Break: US$15.00 per person (main course, dessert, juice)

Flip Chart: US$20.00 per chart
For groups booking minimum ten (10) rooms, conference facilities would be discounted.

The above prices are subject to 10% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax. A 50% deposit would be required upon confirmation of the facilities; balance would be due 72hrs before function at which time you are expected to confirm number of persons attenting, failing this, initial number would be considered final and will be charged accordingly.
